One garden, seven areas of creation.

01 — Garden composition

Bespoke design, spatial planning, views and circulation. We shape a coherent garden that connects the chalet, the terrain and the way you live, creating welcoming spaces while preserving outlooks and privacy.

02 — Planting

Trees, shrubs, perennials, borders, lawns, meadows and kitchen gardens. Planting compositions respond to the soil, aspect, altitude and seasons, with careful consideration for colour, texture and the garden’s development over time.

03 — Stone and terrain

Alpine rock gardens, natural stone, boulders, paths, steps and garden walls. We consider their place in the landscape to work with slopes, connect spaces and bring planting and stone together.

04 — Outdoor living spaces

Timber or stone terraces, dining areas, quiet places to relax and spaces around a fire pit. Their location, proportions and relationship with planting extend life at the chalet into the garden.

05 — Water in the garden

Ponds, fountains, small streams and cascades. We explore ways to bring water into the garden in keeping with mountain landscapes, the possibilities of the site and the technical requirements.

06 — Boundaries and privacy

Hedges, fences, screens and gates. We compose the garden’s boundaries to provide privacy, organise access and frame views, using materials and planting that belong to the setting.

07 — Lighting and automatic irrigation

Lighting for paths, outdoor living spaces and planting, alongside automatic irrigation suited to the garden’s different zones. Layout and installation requirements are considered at the design stage. Routine watering and plant monitoring belong to Private Garden Care.

The scope of design and construction is agreed with you for each project. Structural, masonry, waterproofing, hydraulic and electrical requirements are reviewed in advance; any specialist trades needed are specified in the proposal.

01 — Bespoke Garden Design

A garden begins with the way you want to live outdoors. We consider the architecture of your home, the views, the light and the character of the land before defining a coherent layout and planting palette. Places to gather, quieter corners and generous borders are composed as part of one landscape. Plant choices take account of the soil, exposure and Alpine climate, bringing structure, colour and interest from spring to autumn. The scope of the design is agreed with you before work begins.

02 — Garden Creation & Planting

From the first preparation of the ground to the last planting detail, we bring the garden to life with care. New beds and borders, lawns, shrubs, perennials and seasonal flowers are arranged to give the outdoor spaces a clear sense of balance. We pay attention to planting distances, the finish of edges and the way each part of the garden connects to the next. Materials, plants and the work to be carried out are defined in a tailored proposal, so the project is clear from the outset.

03 — Garden Restoration & Renewal

An established garden often has a character worth keeping. We begin by identifying what deserves to remain, what needs care and where a considered change will make the greatest difference. Overgrown borders can be brought back into order, tired planting renewed and neglected areas given a new purpose. Pruning, soil preparation, replanting and lawn restoration are selected according to the condition of the garden. A one-off restoration is quoted separately from routine seasonal maintenance.
